How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order then please use the contact form here quoting your order number, or alternatively call us during office hours on 01869 346904

How do I track my order?
If you provided us with an email address, then you will receive an email from our courier company once your item has been dispatched. You will then be able to track your parcel.

My order never arrived.
Please be aware that it can take 3-5 working days before an order is dispatched. If you have not received your order after this time then please call us 01869 346904 or email us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order

An item is missing from my shipment.
Whilst we take every care to ensure that every order is carefully packed, items can sometimes be missed from an order. If you finds that you are missing an item then please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.00
